Rates
These rates reflect senior strategic capability, not task execution. You’re paying for someone who can walk into a room, understand the problem, and fix it.
Important: These are my personal consultation fees — for my time only. They apply to advisory, strategic and consultancy engagements where I am the sole resource. Any work that involves additional value, software, AI tools or capabilities, AI skills, extended intellectual equity, or broader team involvement will be priced as a multiplier of the rates shown, or as a fixed project cost — whichever is greater. Engagement with me is on this understanding and in line with the Terms & Conditions.

For longer engagements and retained contracts, day rate reductions are available. Get in touch.
Time is booked, not banked. Unused hours within any day or retainer period are billed as scheduled – they don’t roll over.
Rates are reviewed at least annually and updated in line with the Retail Price Index (RPI). Current rates are always those shown on this page.
Out-of-Hours & Emergency Work
Sometimes things break at the wrong moment, or a critical decision can’t wait until Monday. I’m available for urgent and out-of-hours engagements when the situation genuinely demands it. Given the nature of this work – evenings, weekends, or dropping everything at short notice – a premium rate applies. Out-of-hours and emergency work is charged at twice the standard rate. If you think you might need this kind of cover, it’s worth discussing a retainer arrangement upfront so we’re both prepared when it matters most.
