Over the past two decades, I have dedicated my career to pioneering digital strategies, leading technical teams, and fostering innovation across various industries, from e-commerce to software development. → Transformed HRManager into a beta-ready product: Led the Brave Team in revolutionising HR processes, showcasing my ability to drive product innovation and enhance operational efficiency.

→ Introduced new revenue streams with in-house plugin production: Strategically boosted core business revenue by eliminating the need for external expenditures, maximising profitability and ensuring sustainable growth.

→ Expanded the development team from 3 to 10: Created a dynamic and robust environment, significantly increasing our capacity to deliver high-value projects.

→ Developed scalable and repeatable software systems: Enhanced efficiency for independent restaurants by creating solutions for Just Eat-style ordering and kitchen ticket handling, highlighting my capability to streamline operations and improve customer experience.

→ Built a 6-figure digital operations consultancy from scratch this year: Demonstrated my expertise in digital operations by establishing a successful consultancy, which continues to go from strength to strength, providing clients with top-notch digital solutions.

In February, I started Pukka Developments, a digital operations and software consultancy. Today, I help businesses assemble their digital teams, understand technology, and introduce state-of-the-art solutions.
